All active partner and customer accounts can access the new interface.
Log into the band-new training portal here: https://portal.pii-protect.com/#/login. Once logged in, you can enable the new interface for your customers in their "Information" tab.
Note, this cannot be undone.
- Log into the band-new training portal as a Partner Administrator here: https://portal.pii-protect.com/#/login.
- Navigate to the "Manage Clients" dashboard
- Click the Client you'd like to migrate to the new interface
- Click the "Enable New Interface" in the "Information" tab
Note, this can not be undone.
We didn't want to reinvent the wheel for your customers. We focused on improved back-end performance and an updated look, so they won't have to re-learn a whole new portal.
The biggest change? Staff can now easily navigate between program features with our updated navigation, replacing our outdated "Quick Links".

Here's where the fun begins! Below is a list of the most highly-requested features we've implemented:
Federated Login - Enables Partners to roll out their own Multi-Factor Authentication tool and single sign-on for Office 365 and Google customers
Reporting - Updated, visual reports assist partners in showing their value and program progress during Technical Business Reviews (TBRs)
Enhanced visibility - Partners no longer need to create an account under their customer accounts to view their data. Partners can view all customer data with a single Partner Administrator login
Improved Search & Bulk Actions - Filtering, search functionalities, and bulk actions make the portal easier to manage
Custom portal - Partners can upload their own logo and set a custom portal color scheme
